TCPS had a total of six members present for the investigation. We were also joined by the owner and her sister. The group split up into three teams, making sure every part of the house was covered during each hour long round. Unfortunately it proved to be another quiet investigation at this site. There were only a few instances that night which caught the team off guard.

Two of these instances happened in the basement. The first team to really experience anything saw, with their own eyes, what they describe as a "bluish-green ball of light". This light moved across the oil burning stove in front of them and proceeded to disappear into the adjoining room. Neither team member was able to capture this ball of light on camera or video. This team, however, was able to capture two EVP’s during their time in the basement. Later on, during the last round, one team was in the basement and heard the sound of footsteps coming from the main floor. The footsteps were so loud that at first, the team in the basement thought the team who had been out in the barn came inside. When radioed, this team stated they were still in the barn outside. The other team in the house was on the second floor and they confirmed they did not come downstairs at the time the basement team heard footsteps from the first floor.

Also during this round, the team investigating upstairs noted they heard the sound of a woman's voice talking loudly from the main floor. The only other team in the house at the time was in the basement and they deny talking in a loud voice at any time during that particular session. Interestingly, the time correlation for the footsteps and the voice of a woman happened in and around the same time frame. No explanation for either occurrence could be found. The group did not feel the footsteps heard were from the house settling or wind coming up from the floorboards, as the sound of the footsteps was much louder than normal, natural settling. It was also confirmed that there was no one outside of the house that could have been mistaken as a voice coming from within the house.

Final Analysis

Just like our first investigation of this property, the only evidence our team was able to capture was EVP's. We were hoping to gather more information for the homeowner as an explanation for what is going on in the house, as she stated activity had increased since our first investigation. Unfortunately with little hard evidence and very few personal experiences to prove otherwise, TCPS still stands by our initial conclusion. If there is indeed any paranormal activity in the home, we attribute such activity to be the direct result of a residual haunting.
