Reason for Investigation Request

The property is a small 3 bedroom mobile home. Occupants are a married couple with a 2 year old son. The wife is expecting their 2nd child. The owner notified us through one of our team members that they have been having multiple experiences in the home. He feels that there are at least 4 spirits that reside in the home and that 2 of them are deceased family members. The husband has concerns about a spirit he feels is negative. His worry is that the negative spirit will harm either his wife or their baby once born. It should be noted that other owners of this mobile home in this spot have also had paranormal experiences while living in it. The owners state there is activity in this home on a daily basis, and it has increased over the last few months.

Reported Activity Includes:
• Bed in Master bedroom shakes
• Audible voices are heard in the living room
• Shadow People
• Full Apparitions (reflected and at a distance)
• An "angry" female presence has been seen in the kitchen
• Pounding sounds in the corner of the room
• Lots of movement in the living room
• Visible orb activity throughout the Master Bedroom
• Foot steps heard throughout the home
• Husband is woken up every single night
• An apparition has been seen walking in the door and out the door on the other side of home

Due to the size of this home we decided to break up the teams and the times they would arrive to investigate. The 1st teams investigated from 9 p.m. to Midnight and the 2nd teams came in from Midnight to 3 a.m.

We divided the home in 2 sections for this investigation. First team in the Master Bedroom and 2nd team did the open area of the Kitchen/Living room along with the 2 small bedrooms of the children. The owners were present with us during the investigations. The husband stated a half hour into the investigation that he felt we were being watched and that "someone" was angry that we were there and during the second shift another investigator had the feeling of being watched from the kitchen area. During the 10 minutes of silence the husband kept seeing a grey shadow cross in front of the window in his son's room. One of our investigators also witnessed this and went into the room to look for possible causes. There were no EMF spikes recorded and it was noticed that there was no tree outside that window that could have caused the shadow. The curtain was part way off to the side and was adjusted to cover the window totally to prevent any mistaken shadows from anyone that may be passing by. The temperature of the room was consistently between 70 and 71 degrees Fahrenheit and no fluctuations were found there. One of our investigators did experience chills in this room but as stated, temperature readings did not fluctuate.

During the second shift a loud bang was heard which sounded like an oil drum being hit but the owner stated it sounded like the strap coming loose from his truck. His wife stated that it sounded different than that noise. We were unable to find a source for this sound. The loud bang was heard again in the area of the Master Bedroom later and the owner went outside to check around the home for anyone being the source but no one was outside. It should be noted that the bathroom is next to the Master Bedroom and has a problem with the toilet running. Air in the pipes could be a possible cause for the banging sound. The wife states that she hears that bang every night around the same time she goes to bed.

There was a coldness in the hallway going from one room to another but most likely is the result of no carpeting on the floor and the coolness from outside coming up from the floor. The owner had taken a temperature reading in a closet in the hallway and stated that it had gone from 58 degrees and shot up to 71 degrees. We were unable to verify the reading and were unable to get a repeat reading later.
In the area of the Kitchen, the owner was standing at the corner of the counter and felt the sensation of someone standing close to him. This occurred almost every time he went to this area. Pictures were taken as well as EMF readings. The EMF meter showed no changes. It should be noted that this section of the counter is within 2 feet of the furnace which when the meter is brought close to it will set it off. One of our investigators also experienced chills in the area of the counter and at one point thought she had heard a voice but this was not picked up by audio.

In the Master Bedroom, temperature readings were averaging 73 degrees Fahrenheit. It should be noted that both clock radios near the head of the bed do give off high EMF readings. No other EMF spikes were noted in this room. One of the investigators stated he heard voices coming from the running fan. This fan was turned off and the recorder was set in this area.

The owner had stated that it was in this room where he has seen a light anomaly go from one corner to the other on the ceiling. We did not have any experience of this anomaly during our investigation. One of our investigators did experience a chilly breeze going across the bed, but before entering the room to investigate all windows that were open had been shut and no breeze or draft could be felt coming from the windows.

Final Analysis

Temperature changes that are felt in the hallway and kitchen area could be attributed to no carpeting on the floors and outside temperatures coming up through the floors. Shadows seen in the living room/kitchen area could be attributed to the light from outside and movement from the trees causing this effect. It should be noted that the majority of experiences in the home are in areas where appliances are giving off high EMF readings. Banging heard nightly by the owners could be air in the plumbing although in these mobile homes the pipes are not made of copper but flexible PVC (plastic).
The majority of the activity appears to be experienced by the husband.Although some members had a few experiences no evidence was found and at this time we are unable to officially state that this location is haunted.
