Exhale: This video was captured on the main floor of this site during the investigation. Through out the night, one of our investigators kept hearing the sounds of someone breathing heavily - some of which sounded as though they were right next to her ear, and other breathing sounds in the general area. This has also been reported by our clients. On this clip, you will see one of our members and hear her ask "what did you do?". About three seconds later, a faint exhale is heard on the video and this investigator hears it as well. The other two members present at the time, who were out of site of the camera, did not hear the breathing sound nor did they recall themselves exhaling at the time.

Unknown Noise: This video was taken while in the Basement. As you will see, the member recording with the camera noticed the video began to turn fuzzy even though no other members of the group seemed to be shining their flashlight in the direction of the camera shooting. Right after the member asks why is the picture so blurry, you will hear this odd noise that no one from the team remembers hearing at the time, yet it is unusually loud. The noise almost sounds like an old bike horn or something of that sort. Where the sound came from, we do not know.
Banging Noise: The video here is from Room 17. Towards the end of the video clip, you will hear a banging noise, which sounds almost metallic in nature. It reminds us of the sound that can be heard if you kick a tripod’s leg; but as you can see from the video, the camera itself never moves as it is still stationary on the tripod. Interestingly, one of the investigators had asked a few moments before this clip if any spirits with them wanted the team to leave, to give them some type of sign.
Footsteps 1: The video listed here, and the one below, are both from Room 22. One team set up a camera in Room 22, locked the door, and then proceeded to go across the hall to Room 17 to investigate. On these two videos you will hear what sounds like footsteps within the room. In fact, they movement/footstep sounds were so loud TCPS went back and asked the owner if anyone was staying next door in Room 21. We thought perhaps the sounds were from another person next door walking around. The owner, Kelley, informed us that no one had stayed in that room on that particular night and there was no way for anyone to enter Room 22 as it was locked. The members who were in Room 17 do not remember hearing anyone walking around the hallway at this time either. It should be noted that on one of our past investigations we locked a camera in Room 22 and had similar sounds captured on video (see videos on this page from our 06-29-2007 investigation).

"Stop It": This video was captured while the camera was set up in the Dining Room. The investigators from this group had left about ten minutes before this video clip. There is a voice or noise on here that sounds like someone saying “stop it”. Interestingly enough, earlier on in that round of investigation, the members from the team recall hearing voices coming from within the Dining Room even though they were the only ones present at the time.

Bird Chirping: Throughout this night of investigation at the Palmer House, TCPS had set up a video camera to run continuously in Room 17. The video clip here was captured around midnight. What you will hear on the clip is the sound of a bird chirping. We compared this bird sound to birds around the area and birds commonly used for pets. The chirping on our video sounds very similar to that of a parakeet. To us, the chirping sounds as though it is coming from within the room, although no pets were present that night at anytime. We also know all the windows were fully shut as it was the middle of January in Minnesota and very cold that night. Also, quite typically birds are not usually outside in winter during the middle of the night chirping away. As you will hear on the clip, the voices in the background of the video are our team coming down the hallway to Room 17 to investigate. No one from that group remembers hearing a bird chirping at that time as well. We have no explanation for where these sounds came from.

After most of our group headed home for the night, three of our members decided to investigate more on the third floor. They set up a video camera in one of the hotel rooms and locked the door to the room. The group then went across the hallway and shut the door to investigate a different room. These three investigators were the only people on this particular side of the entire building. All other hotel guests were on the opposite end. At no time do the investigators recall hearing any one roaming the halls and there was no way for a person to enter the room where the video camera was recording as the door was locked. This team also does not remember hearing any of the noises caught on video from across the hall where they were investigating. The following video clips are from 35 minutes of recording from this locked hotel room. We do not know who made these sounds or noises as no one was in the room when it was locked.

Blue Room: This video is from the camera we had set up in the Blue Room the entire time of the investigation. At this point of the night, it was after the first round and every one was outside in the barn for a break. On the video clip you will hear what sounds like a playful child's voice say "Come and help us". We double checked to see if we could hear any one walking through the house at this time - as an indication that the voice could have been man made. There were no sounds of footsteps, doors opening, or creaky of the floors at any time around when this audio was captured. We also do not remember seeing anyone from the neighborhood outside or around the Moore house at this time.

Light by ceiling: While in the Storage Room, one of the investigators took a picture - which you will see the flash from the camera. After the flash, you will see a glowing light above the chairs. None of the investigators used their cameras or flashlights at this point of the video. Where the light came from is a mystery.
